Design
Thoroughly understand client requirements and expectations before preparing an equipment flooring layout or 3D renders as per flooring plan.
Supply
Discuss with clients for any revisions and confirm order. We keep clients updated throughout the delivery process. Once equipment is delivered, we ensure all items are checked at port for any issues.
Installation
After layout confirmation and delivery of equipment, installation is completed in approx. 2-3 days. Installation report informs clients about status of equipment and any outstanding issues.
Maintenance
We provide lifetime servicing for equipment under contract. Our service team is ready to travel within 24 hours of reporting any issue. The team prepares a service report after every service visit.
