Oceanfront Residence is a luxury 13 storey condominium situated in Hulhumale’, comprising two towers with a total of 145 units and each with a fully equipped gym. These are the largest fitness facilities at a condominium in Maldives. 

The scope of the project included design and installation of Precor cardio and strength equipment, ZIVA free weights and accessories, and TopFlor flooring. The project was delivered in Q4 of 2020.
